Are you stuck?

If you feel stuck in toxic relational loops, exhausted by chronic stress, or weighed down by trauma, you don't have to carry it alone. Healing after emotional abuse, narcissistic dynamics, or toxic family systems requires more than standard talk therapy—it takes validation, practical strategy, and real clarity.

Life can leave us carrying burdens we were never meant to carry alone. Let’s work together to lighten that load.

I’m glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Cary! My passion for trauma counseling was shaped by my own journey of healing. Growing up in a family affected by unhealthy relationship patterns, seeing how it manifested into having unhealthy patterns, and later experiencing an emotionally unhealthy marriage gave me firsthand insight into the lasting impact of relational trauma.

For many years, I served in public service, including as a Detective with the New York City Police Department. During that time, I witnessed firsthand how trauma, grief, loss, resilience, and relationships shape our lives. Those experiences deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and the remarkable capacity people have to heal.

As a New York City transplant who has called St. Louis home for nearly a decade, I understand what it means to navigate change, uncertainty, and life's unexpected transitions.

Today, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR-trained therapist, certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, wife to a Marine Veteran, and mother of five incredible children.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2022 and continue to pursue ongoing education and professional growth.
